Terms and Conditions of Bouncy Castle and Inflatable Hire
TERMS AND CONDITION FOR ALL INFLATABLES
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable/Soft Play equipment.
Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
1. ALL equipment must be sited on a level grass area and at least 1.5m away from any other obstacles and must be clear of all animal foul and waste.
2. All inflatables require a 13amp electrical supply it is your responsibility to supply a safe supply.
3. Your unit will be supplied with all equipment needed - this must not be tampered modified moved or repaired in any way by the hirer and the blower must be left running at all times 4. We recommend that the area being used for the bouncy castle unit has crowd control
5. The unit must be supervised by a RESPONSIBLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES:
6. Adults and children must not use the unit at the same time 7. DO NOT allow anyone to participate with any conditions (neck or back injuries/pregnant) that may put the participant at risk of injury.
8. All games are designed for specific age ranges - this will be told during booking or ask when upon delivery accidental injury will be down to the hirer.
9. All shoes Jewellery glasses and sharp objects must be removed before use.
10. DO NOT allow food pets toys or drink on the unit - NO SMOKING OR BBQ'S NEAR THE SET UP.
11. DO NOT allow party poppers/silly string streamers on the unit these can stain the material permanently and the hirer will be lable for compensation to CAMBRIDGE BOUNCY CASTLES 12. Please do not allow anyone climb or be pushed into the sides or anyone to bounce on the front step as you could easily fall and get hurt the step is to assist on and off the unit.

14. DO NOT allow more than recommended persons on the unit:
15. When transporting through buildings we cannot be held responsible for damages/loss of property.
16 DO NOT allow the participants to deliver blows to the head -Kick or Punch
17. In an unlikely event that the unit deflates, remove all participants immediately - check the fan is still running and the vent and motor ties are secure.
18. Please throughout use ensure the safety mats are in position at ALL TIMES.
19. In the event of rain DO NOT USE the unit- leave the unit inflated until the rain has stopped dry with towels and ensure electrical points do not get wet.
20. Hirers are responsible for arranging FIRST AID cover at the event.
21. DO NOT attempt somersaults and do not allow spectators to sit on the bed or interfere in any way:

23.In wind speeds in excess of 24mph the unit must be switched off and not used until wind speeds have decreased:
24. Cambridge bouncy castles is a member of the BIHA and we are PPA tested:
25. Our insurance does not cover hirers against theft or damage to the inflatables/equipment hired - hirers will be responsible for the repair or replacement cost for the hired equipment and any cleaning
Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.
Our company cannot and will not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
