Now that lockdown is easing slightly, we are gradually getting back to normal.
However Cambridge Bouncy castles, are working within the government guidelines and will continue to work within the updated rules as we go forward in regards to meeting and numbers of people at one time. It is the hirers responsibility to stay within the guidelines that are in place on the hire date. However very strict safety precautions are now in place and like all businesses we have to adjust how we work temporarily.
As you would expect we are following strict hygiene practices at every stage for delivery, set up and collection as well as cleaning back at HQ.
We are screening staff and will monitor our delivery staff for any signs and also temperature testing for the first sign of illness.
If any member of staff has a raised temperature, they will be told to immediately self-isolate for 14 days.
We will call ahead of deliveries to check you and your family are well and no symptoms before delivery.
Maintaining social distancing will be must of 2m or contactless.
Were happy for you to stay indoors.
We really want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to maintain a hygienic and safe environment for both hirers and staff members.
Upon delivery either contactless or distanced to 2m.
Once set up we will disinfectant the unit once this is dry its yours to enjoy for the day.
Upon collection again we disinfect and pack away.
Once back to the premises we will re disinfectant and dry.
After that hire the castle will be quarantined for 3 days before its next hire.
Social distancing rules will apply and must be adhered to.
If any member of the household has any covid-19 symptoms the hire CANNOT go ahead.
We will follow government advise and monitor the situation.
If anything changes we will update our guidelines in accordance with the new advise.
